Audit programme for the implementation of the Self-Protection Plan

For this purpose the following tools are provided:

1º. Audit of the physical and effective implementation of the Self-Protection Plan: Prepare an audit checklist to verify the effective implementation of the Self-Protection Plan:

  • Activity and physical location.
  • Location of elements, installations, production processes, etc, which may cause an emergency situation or represent a risk in the case of an emergency.
  • Inventory, analysis and evaluation of risks to be considered according to sector norms and regulations.
  • Inventor and description of Safety and Measures and Equipment.
  • Integration of the Self-Protection Plan in other areas.
  • Implementation of the Self-Protection Plan.
  • Maintenance and updating of the Self-Protection Plan.
  • Communications Directory.
  • Emergency management forms.
  • Plans and maps.

2º. Creation of Audit Reports: Based on the results of the inspections, reports are prepared including proposals for preventive maintenance and other actions to be undertaken in order to ensure optimum levels of risk prevention.

Printing documents:

When generating documents, both for Preventive inspections and installation maintenance and Inspection Reports, these are configured exclusively from the parameters selected in the dropdown menu of the Text Editor. The document will be previewed in order to view final layout results and make any modifications required.

The Text Editor allows the user to:

  • Print the document directly (prior to the layout of the same as desired).
  • Export the document to .PDF format
  • Export the document to Microsoft Word .DOC format.
  • Export the document to .HTML format.

Before printing or exporting the document, any number of modifications can be made: inserting headings, footnotes, logos, inserting, deleting or changing images, adding or eliminating tables, charts graphs, etc.

The index of the document is generated when the document itself is obtained, both if it is printed from the Text Editor itself or if it is stored in DOC format or exported to PDF or HTML.

Sub-reports:

One important aspect is the possibility of creating sub-.reports based on the initial data introduced, in order to obtain, for example, the "Fire Protection Equipment Inspection Report”, or the "Radiology Equipment Inspection Report”, etc.

In this way a wide range of sub-reports can be obtained, which only include the specific information required, in addition to the generation of the respective indexes and formats DOC, PDF, HTML.
