  1. Taking the remote control of your computer in order to fix any problems and/or faults in running the programs and/or in the installation process.
  2. We can explain you via Remote control how certain functions or orders work, sharing with you the control of your computer, in order to let you see how to carry out those operations you do not know how to do.
  3. We can give you personalized online tutorials, and teach you with real-time mouse movements, voice and image. (Having the chance of uploading this tutorial so more users can learn from your queries).
  4. We give you the chance to try yourself by remote control and real-time, in our computers any UrbiCAD software and run our software applications, other new products and upgrades before purchasing or upgrading them.
  5. We can perform product presentations anytime, real time and long-distance, aiming to spread the use of the application to other members of your company.

And all this without any telephone charges, without installing or setting up any components in your computer or without the need for any prior technological knowlege.

In order to access our demo online remote service, you will have to click the icon above.


How the service works

1º. Click the option "demos" at the top of this page.

2º. Fill in a form with your name and email, including the software you are interested in.

3º.You will be requested to give us voice permissions, in order for you to hear us and, if you have a microphone, for us to hear you.

As you can see in the image, when you click the OK button, voice permision will be activated in your computer so we can start the requested demo.

A temporary ActiveX component will automatically be installed in your computer. This component will ber removed afterwards.

4º. Next you will be asked for permission in order let you see our desktop so you will see real-time how the application works.

Click on "OK" and you will get connected to this service and will see our computer working on your screen.



That is, all the services are provided online, including Image, Voice, etc... You will only have to click on the button here provided when you have access to the internet.

Considerations of interest

  • This is a free service, carried out through our Web servers and without any telephonic charge (this service is carried out via internet)
  • You only need a computer connected to the Internet.

In order to optimize the service it is convenient to have a computer with the folllowing accessories:

  • Microphone (so you can talk to us as well as we will talk to you)
  • Speakers (so you can hear us)

Check before you connect that the speakers and the microphone are operative and work properly.
