Considerations of interest

  • This is a free service, carried out through our Web servers and without any telephonic charge (this service is carried out via internet)
  • You only need a computer connected to the Internet.

In order to optimize the service it is convenient to have a computer with the folllowing accessories:

  • Microphone (so you can talk to us as well as we will talk to you)
  • Speakers (so you can hear us)

Check before you connect that the speakers and the microphone are operative and work properly.

UrbiCAD demos: Remote control online service

In order to access our demo online remote service, you will have to click the icon above.

This service will only be operative from Monday through Friday and in Spain office hours.

How the service works

1º. Click the option "demos" at the top of this page.

2º. Fill in a form with your name and email, including the software you are interested in.

3º.You will be requested to give us voice permissions, in order for you to hear us and, if you have a microphone, for us to hear you.

As you can see in the image, when you click the OK button, voice permision will be activated in your computer so we can start the requested demo.

A temporary ActiveX component will automatically be installed in your computer. This component will ber removed afterwards.

4º. Next you will be asked for permission in order let you see our desktop so you will see real-time how the application works.

Click on "OK" and you will get connected to this service and will see our computer working on your screen.
